My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The bed was wonderful, but the room felt a bit scruffy and in need of maintenance. It was smaller than expected, and the view didn't meet my expectations. The service was always well-intentioned, with staff being lovely and accommodating, even when there was a mistake in the room reservation process. They efficiently rectified issues like a noisy air conditioning unit. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lakeside and the old town. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being excellent while others felt packaged and not fresh. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with an amazing balcony overlooking the lake, ideal for walking and accessing public transportation easily. I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The room was pristine, with an amazing balcony offering a prime location just next to the lake, perfect for walking around and easily accessing public transportation or catching an Uber. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of downtown Geneva, making it super convenient to explore everything around. The rooms, though a bit small and needing a mirror by the dressing table, were on the top floor with charming sloping beams. Unfortunately, my room still wasn't ready upon arrival. The dining options were varied and nourishing, but the service ruined the experience a bit with some disrespectful behavior initially. The hotel's just been renovated, so the facilities felt fresh and modern.
