difficult wifi access no adapter

the hotel's location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The wifi access was difficult to manage. the hotel could not loan me a european adapter. They offered to sell one instead. these are basic amenities i expect in a hotel.

small room size insufficient soundproofing

the room size was smaller than expected. i noticed insufficient soundproofing. noises from outside disturbed sleep, especially early morning street cleaning. also, the lack of a kettle in the room was a considerable inconvenience. i require hot water for tea and expected this in a hotel of this standard.
